Dave and Judy Bily, originally from Ohio, lived 20+ years in Atlanta, before calling Panama City home. Judy attended Ohio State University and is a retired dental hygienist who enjoys golf, tennis, reading and meeting new people. Dave is retired from the Air Force and the Federal Government as a contracting officer. He has an undergraduate degree, in marketing from Bowling Green State University, and a masters in management from Troy State. They have two grown children and a baby grandson living in Atlanta. Together they bring a variety of skills and experience to the Real Estate industry plus the benefit of having two people working for you. Andrea has been calling Panama City home since 1993. She was born in Fargo, North Dakota, graduated Emporia High School, in Emporia, Kansas and attended Orange County Community College in Middletown, New York.
